One of our popular courses is our TESL-Canada approved TESOL Program which prepares students to become ESL teachers in Canada and abroad.
TESOL Program
Learn the basics of how to teach English as a second language through regular assignments, readings and teaching activities taught by an experienced ESL instructor.
- 4 weeks full time or 8 weeks part time
- Practicum involves observing TESL-Canada certified experienced instructors and teaching in one of our ESL classrooms under the supervision of one of our instructors
- 100 instructional hours + 20-hour practicum
- Be ready to start your teaching career on graduation!

Established in 2002, International Gateway Kelowna is the oldest ESL school in Kelowna. Due to the success of our flagship school in Kelowna, IGK has expanded to offer programs in Calgary and Toronto.
